Agreeing to these terms
By signing in to or using Daily Tayyari (dailytayyari.com), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Daily Tayyari is run by an individual developer in India (“we”, “us”).
Who can use it
You should be 18 or over. If you are under 18, use Daily Tayyari only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf. You need a Google account to sign in. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
A free service
Daily Tayyari is free. There are no payments, ads or paid plans. We may add, change or remove features, or stop the service. If we plan to shut it down, we will try to give notice in the app first.
Study plans are estimates
The app suggests what to study using chapter weightage, your hours and your progress. Weightage figures come from analyses of past papers and are not official. Plans, predictions, coverage and streaks are guides only. They do not guarantee any score, rank or result. You decide how to prepare.
Exam information may contain errors
We work to keep syllabi, exam patterns and dates correct, but they may be wrong or out of date. Always check the official notification from the exam body. If you spot a mistake, please report it through Send feedback.
Study group rules
- Do not harass, threaten or bully anyone.
- Do not pretend to be someone else, and do not use offensive display names or group names.
- Do not spam, and do not use groups to advertise.
Group owners can remove members. We may remove names, groups or users that break these rules, without notice.
Your content
Display names, group names and feedback you write stay yours. You allow us to store and show them as needed to run the service, for example showing your display name to your group. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve the app without paying you.
Fair use
- Do not try to break or overload the service, or get around its limits.
- Do not try to reach data that is not yours.
- Do not copy or scrape the app or its data in bulk for another product.
- Do not use the service for anything illegal.
The app’s design, code and written content belong to us.
Ending your use
You can stop using Daily Tayyari at any time, and delete your data with “Delete my data” in the account menu. We may suspend or end someone’s access if they break these terms, misuse the service, or if it is needed to protect other users.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own record of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the extent Indian law allows: we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as exam results, missed deadlines, lost study time or lost data. Our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to ₹1,000. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Other services
Sign-in and analytics are provided by Google, and their own terms and privacy policies also apply. Links to official exam websites take you to sites we do not control.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. For important changes, we will also show a notice in the app. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes about them will be decided by the courts of India. Before that, please write to us; we will try to sort things out directly.
